Management Team

Payyapps operations team is managed by Tom Peter who possesses over 17+ years of rich and varied experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Development. He has the proficiency to deal with challenges critical for business success with an implicit focus on client satisfaction and employee engagement.

Tom began his career as Executive Personnel at Honeywell Electric Devices and Systems India Limited, and later as HR Manager for an Information Technology company. He has worked his way to the top, holding a number of key positions including Managerial & Operations roles and was responsible for the implementation of end-to-end HR initiatives and people strategy.

Tom later moved on to TARGET. In his capacity as Operations Manager for 6+ years where, he successfully led a team of over 60+ recruiters specializing in providing solutions for very large accounts and ensuring that his clients received exceptional customer service.

Prior to founding Payyapps, Tom was Co-founder & Director for KAPTCO Talent Solutions, a recruitment company focussing on IT hiring. During his 5 years association with KAPTCO, he was instrumental in establishing KAPTCO an ideal destination for Clients looking at hiring niche skills. Dynamic and ambitious, with a very strong background in Human Resources, Tom holds an LLB degree and Masters in Business Administration.

Currently we have a team of in-house recruiters who are well qualified & experienced to handle the backend operations. More than 95% of our employees are qualified MBA and Engineering graduates with specialization in Human Resources. These professionals handle the entire activity of End to End Recruitment Solutions viz. Sourcing, Validating, Preliminary assessments, and Maintaining Database, Scheduling and coordinating interviews across the country.
